Payment & Refund Policy

This Payment & Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Triangle Glass Cleaning via triglassvc.com. Our registered address is 208 W Reamer Ave, Wilmington, DE 19804-1808, USA. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and electronic bank transfers. Payments are processed securely in compliance with U.S. data protection and consumer payment laws.

Payment is due in full at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. For large or custom projects, a deposit may be required prior to service initiation.

Service Confirmation

Upon scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email with service details, estimated costs, and the appointment date/time. Please review this information carefully and notify us within 24 hours if any corrections are needed.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service cost to compensate for technician time and reserved scheduling.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of service-based work, refunds are generally not offered once a service has been completed. However, Triangle Glass Cleaning is committed to customer satisfaction. Refunds or service corrections may be provided in the following situations:

  • If the service was not performed as described in the agreement
  • If there was a verified service error caused by our team
  • If you cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment

Refund requests must be submitted via email within 7 days of service. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations
  • Completed services that meet the agreed-upon standards
  • Issues resulting from pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to service
  • Damage caused by third parties or improper handling after service
  • Late cancellations or no-shows
Service Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 5 business days so we can review the issue. If warranted, we will offer a complimentary follow-up visit to correct the problem.
